Recruitment Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Lead to join our Talent Department at Accoravillage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers, and developing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Main Responsibilities- Recruitment Strategy Development: Partner with hiring managers to establish position requirements and recruitment strategies, and to set expectations.
- Candidate Sourcing and Selection: Build a talent pool/network of key positions through anticipatory sourcing and selection, and participate in candidate interviews.
- Recruitment Process Improvement: Enhance recruitment processes to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience, meet compliance requirements, and achieve continuous improvement goals.
- Reporting and Analytics: Produce recruitment metrics on a scheduled and ad hoc basis, utilizing our HR system, and provide insights and report on the success of hiring strategies.
- Team Leadership: Guide and collaborate with the Recruitment Coordinator on their key tasks, and lead and develop the Recruitment Coordinator to support performance, engagement, and the achievement of team objectives.
- Education: Post-secondary education and/or Human Resources education, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience leading high-volume, end-to-end recruitment, and minimum of 2 years of experience leading people.
- Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS), advanced problem-solving skills, and demonstrated experience in developing recruitment analytics and insights.
- Language: Fluency in English (verbal and written).
