Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
- Lead a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals
- Collaborate with senior management to identify talent acquisition needs
- Budgetary Responsibility
- Manage recruitment budgets to ensure effective use of resources
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce recruitment expenses
- Talent Acquisition
- Source and attract top talent through various channels
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top candidates
- Reporting and Analysis
- Provide regular recruitment reports to senior management
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
