Job Summary

Brightgrove Canada Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Recruitment to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts and developing strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
    • Lead a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals
    • Collaborate with senior management to identify talent acquisition needs
  • Budgetary Responsibility
    • Manage recruitment budgets to ensure effective use of resources
    • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce recruitment expenses
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Source and attract top talent through various channels
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top candidates
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular recruitment reports to senior management
    • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
