The company is a large, international, publicly traded agency with a presence in most major cities across Canada. They offer excellent training opportunities as well as room for growth both within Canada and internationally.

They have a hybrid model and you would be in the office a minimum of 3 days/week in a major Canadian city.

THE ROLE

The role is a billing leadership position for a team of specialized perm 360 Recruitment Consultants. You will be responsible for sales and recruitment of your own clients, as well as managing and growing the existing team. As a people leader, you will support and develop Recruitment Consultants on your team to hit targets, improve skills, and ultimately progress in their careers. You will help set the strategy for this team, have responsibility for team culture and results, as well as contribute to the management team in general.

THE REQUIREMENTS
  • Successful background with direct sales, business development, and/or cold calling experience
  • Leadership of a recruitment team
  • Strong relationship building skills, goal-oriented, purposeful in building new and existing relationships, competitive but thrive in a team environment with the self-motivation to make things happen.
  • A strong communicator with a well-developed sense of Emotional Intelligence
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities
  • Strong team-oriented working style
  • 3+ years of experience in a 360 Recruitment consultant role
  • Leadership experience in an agency setting is strongly preferred
