Key Responsibilities- Budgetary Management
Develop and implement budget plans to ensure effective allocation of resources, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
Policy DevelopmentEstablish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
Recruitment StrategyDesign and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business objectives.
Team ManagementLead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure effective talent acquisition and development.
Reporting and AnalysisPrepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and trends to inform business decisions.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
ExperienceAt least 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Technical SkillsProficient in MS Windows and other relevant software applications.
