At Seaway Paper and Pulp Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team. As an Administrative Services Manager, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities. You will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, assisting in the preparation of the operating budget, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls. Additionally, you will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, monitor and evaluate, and plan and control budget and expenditures. The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree. The successful candidate will have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be organized. The position offers a permanent work term, 30 hours per week, with a dental plan, health care plan, and vision care benefits. The work language is English.
