  • Identifying and developing business opportunities in your market, increasing your commercial client base, and establishing business development strategies based on the Bank's orientations.
  • Overseeing a sustainable and profitable growth plan and meeting financial performance targets.
  • Seeking to expand your knowledge and that of your team in integrated consulting services.
  • Identifying and proposing ways to change and rethink work practices to boost process and system efficiency.
  • Keeping abreast of economic trends affecting the Commercial Banking sector and ensuring that the products and services offered meet our clients' evolving needs.
  • Ensuring visibility for the Bank and promoting its products and services with various external parties.

About the Team:

You will be leading a team of 16 employees, including Account Managers and Account representatives, in Eastern Ontario, Outaouais, Lanaudière, Laval, Laurentides, Abittibi-Témiscamingue.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Master's degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Significant experience dealing with Commercial Banking clients (mid-market and/or agriculture).
  • Knowledge of the agricultural sector or field.
  • Solid background in personnel management.
  • Experience in complex financing structures and risk analysis.
  • Experience in sales coaching.
  • Negotiation experience.
  • Ability to maximize the use of sales management tools.
