About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Vice-President of Agriculture at National Bank. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our agricultural clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of specialists in implementing the Commercial and Private Banking 1859 strategy, focusing on the agricultural sector.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase commercial client base and establish partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the implementation of sustainable and profitable growth plans, meeting financial performance targets and managing risks inherent to the sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated consulting services, ensuring alignment with the Bank's orientations.
  • Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with economic trends affecting the Commercial Banking sector, ensuring our products and services meet evolving client needs.
About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for serving clients in Eastern Ontario, Outaouais, Lanaudière, Laval, Laurentides, and Abittibi-Témiscamingue. Our team is composed of 16 employees, including Account Managers and Account representatives.
