About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at Cozy Time. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with our business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a professional image.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the financial stability of the organization.

As an Operations Director at Cozy Time, you will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will be part of a dynamic team that values initiative, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English (work language).
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
