Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Super Asia Foods and Spices LTD. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that our goals and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in operations management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility, organized, and a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of inventory control software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD)
