Spa Operations Director

- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the salon, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and assess the performance of the salon, identifying areas for improvement
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to improve the salon's operations and achieve business goals
- Establish or Implement Policies and Procedures for Staff: Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the salon runs smoothly and efficiently
- Plan and Control Budget and Inventory: Manage the salon's finances and inventory, ensuring we stay within budget
- Manage Contracts for Advertising or Marketing Strategies: Oversee the salon's advertising and marketing efforts, ensuring we reach our target audience
- Hire, Train and Supervise Staff: Recruit, train, and manage the salon's staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring we provide excellent customer serviceSupervision
- This role supervises 3-4 staff membersWork Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- Attention to Detail: Must have excellent attention to detail to ensure the salon runs smoothly and efficiently
