About the Role:

Sophia's Nails is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to lead our beauty and wellness team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating performance, and planning and organizing daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.
  • Evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily activities, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, promoting our brand and services.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, developing their skills and abilities.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
