Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our Float Pool team at Paladin Security. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing security services to our clients, ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide security services to our clients, including patrolling interior and exterior areas, responding to emergencies, and enforcing site rules and regulations.
  • Remain calm and composed in emergency situations, and effectively communicate with patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Operate independently as well as part of a team to complete tasks, and complete reports at the end of shift as well as incident reports.
  • Interact with patients and visitors in a compassionate and professional manner, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Meet the minimum requirements for the position, including a valid Ontario Security Guard License, Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C Certificate, and Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine.

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C Certificate

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment
