Job Summary

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their visitors

Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties

Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid and CPR as needed

Maintain accurate records of incidents and occurrences

Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment

Requirements

Valid Security License for the province of Ontario

Valid First Aid/CPR - Level C certification (from a WSIB-approved vendor)

Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
