Job Title: Healthcare Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Healthcare Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, buildings, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present a professional and visible security presence
  • Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff
  • Ensure the safety and security of clients, buildings, and assets
  • Work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Carry out security duties, including patrols, response to emergencies, and documentation of security events
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Valid First Aid and CPR - Level C Certificate
  • Ability to be clean-shaven to pass an N95 Mask Fit Test
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
  • Ability to clear a Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Minimum 6 months of healthcare security experience preferred
  • English proficiency (oral and written) required
