We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Medicine Site Director to join our team at Grace Hospital in Winnipeg, MB.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating the Internal Medicine Program system-wide, working closely with the Regional Medical Specialty Lead and other stakeholders.
In this part-time role (approximately 5-6 hours per week), you will ensure effective and efficient delivery of care at Grace Hospital, collaborating with internal medicine teams and management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with the academic Department Head for contractual issues and enhancing teaching and research activities
- Reporting to both the RMSL and CMO for overall planning and coordination of service delivery
- Day-to-day activities reporting to the CMO of the Site
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A full-time appointment to the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Manitoba at the Rank of Assistant Professor or higher
- An FRCP(C) in Internal Medicine or equivalent
- Experience in medical leadership roles, preferably 5 years or more
