We are seeking a seasoned Executive Leader to oversee the daily operations of our organization in Prince Albert, Canada.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will drive profitability and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies: Create and execute business plans to achieve financial targets, driving growth and profitability.
  • Manage Department Heads: Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track and analyze operational performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Staff Recruitment and Development: Lead the recruitment process, provide training and development opportunities, and foster a supportive work environment.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration: A degree in Business Administration or a related field is required for this role.
  • Proven Leadership Experience: The successful candidate must have extensive experience as an Executive Leader or in a similar managerial position.
  • Strong Leadership and Organizational Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions is critical.
  • Flexibility: The successful candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
