Business Development Lead Strategy

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at LHR Americas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's strategic goals.
Your primary focus will be on generating new business ideas, assessing their feasibility, and developing business plans to support our growth initiatives. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to understand our business needs and develop strategies to address them.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical background, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a deep understanding of the energy industry and be able to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business ideas and assess their feasibility.
- Develop business plans and financial models to support our growth initiatives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand our business needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our company's strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
- 10 years of relevant experience in business development, with a strong background in the energy industry.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
