Business Development Manager

About the RoleThis is a dynamic position that requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, developing marketing strategies, and planning budgets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Study market trends, analyze consumer behavior, and create effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Plan Budgets: Analyze sales data, forecast revenue, and develop budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Purchasing: Source and procure high-quality merchandise at competitive prices to meet customer demands.
- Price and Credit Policies: Implement pricing strategies and credit policies to optimize profit margins and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
- Languages: Fluency in English.
- Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
