  • About the Role

    As an experienced Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for managing the transaction development/procurement process through to financial close for Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT), Build Own Operate (BOO), and other relevant outsourcing models across all sectors.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Manage transaction development/procurement process from early economics analysis through to financial close.
    • Fully familiar with the PPP/BOO/BOOT concession models and the steps needed to close a project.
    • Support pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to establish technical, financial, and marketing viability of new initiatives.
    • Manage and mentor young professionals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or its equivalent is required.
    • 12 years of relevant experience in business development.
    • Proficient in oral and written English.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to manage the transaction development/procurement process through to financial close for Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT), Build Own Operate (BOO), and other relevant outsourcing models across all sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transaction development/procurement process from early economics analysis through to financial close.
