About the Role
The Managing Director (MD) is a key leadership position within BNI Canada, responsible for overseeing the daily operations and development of a world-class team of Director Consultants (DCs) within the Quebec region. The MD plays a delicate balance between management and inspiring vision, ensuring the region's success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the region's annual success plan, fostering a culture of excellence and driving growth.
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve maximum efficiency and improved performance, setting and managing growth targets.
- Collaborate with executives to develop, communicate, and implement effective growth strategies and processes.
- Manage and execute special projects as assigned, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the region.
Requirements
- Fluently bilingual - spoken and written.
- Candidate must live in the Quebec City metropolitan area, with a willingness to travel.
- Solution-finder and results-driven, with a proven track record of leadership and mentorship.
- Customer-focused, with a desire to build rapport and long-term relationships.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and possessing strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong understanding of performance management principles.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
