Regional Program Director

The Regional Program Director will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our programs within their designated region. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of regional programs, working closely with local staff, community partners, and stakeholders to achieve program objectives and ensure the highest quality of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee regional programs and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funders.
  • Collaborate with local organizations to enhance program impact.
  • Develop and manage regional program budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with funding requirements and organizational policies.
  • Assist in grant writing and fundraising efforts as needed.
  • Oversee state and federal grants, including ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare and submit regular program reports to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution (4 years of social service case management experience may be used in lieu of education).
  • At least 2 years' experience working with high-risk populations to include those reentering the workforce from incarceration and low-income populations.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and grant management.
  • Experience with state and federal grant management, including application, compliance, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with the region's social, economic, and cultural landscape.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Reports to: VP of Community and Impact

Membership Sites, Marketing Agencies, Potential Volunteers, Participants, and other Stakeholders

This position is a full-time, salaried exempt position. Employee will be eligible for full benefits including health, retirement, and vacation benefits on the first of the month following hire date.
