Regional Program Director

The Regional Program Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the implementation and growth of programs within their designated region. This individual will work closely with local staff, community partners, and stakeholders to achieve program objectives and ensure the highest quality of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Develop, implement, and oversee regional programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funders, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances program impact.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage regional program budgets, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and organizational policies.
  • Grant Management: Oversee state and federal grants, including ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit regular program reports to senior leadership, providing insights into program effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution (4 years of social service case management experience may be used in lieu of education).
  • At least 2 years' experience working with high-risk populations, including those reentering the workforce from incarceration and low-income populations.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and grant management.
  • Experience with state and federal grant management, including application, compliance, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with the region's social, economic, and cultural landscape.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Relationships:

This role reports to the VP of Community and Impact and requires collaboration with all staff, volunteers, mentors, participants, and the Board of Directors. External relationships include membership sites, marketing agencies, potential volunteers, participants, and other stakeholders.

This is a full-time, salaried exempt position with eligibility for full benefits, including health, retirement, and vacation benefits, on the first of the month following the hire date.
