Regional Program Director

The Regional Program Director will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our regional programs. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of programs within their designated region, ensuring alignment with our organization's mission, goals, and strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development:
    Develop and implement regional programs and initiatives that meet the needs of our stakeholders and align with our organizational objectives.
  • Team Leadership:
    Supervise, mentor, and support regional program staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Strategic Planning:
    Contribute to the development and implementation of our organization's strategic plan, identifying opportunities for program expansion and innovation.
  • Partnership Development:
    Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funders, representing our organization at regional meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Financial Management:
    Develop and manage regional program budgets, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and organizational policies.
  • Grant Management:
    Oversee state and federal grants, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting, and working with finance and program staff to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of grant expenditures.
  • Reporting and Compliance:
    Prepare and submit regular program reports to senior leadership, ensuring programs comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited educational institution (4 years of social service case management experience may be used in lieu of education).
  • At least 2 years' experience working with high-risk populations, including those reentering the workforce from incarceration and low-income populations.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and staff development.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and grant management.
  • Experience with state and federal grant management, including application, compliance, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with the region's social, economic, and cultural landscape.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of our organization.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Relationships:

Reports to: VP of Community and Impact
Internal Relationships: All Staff, Volunteers, Mentors, Participants, Board of Directors
External Relationships: Membership Sites, Marketing Agencies, Potential Volunteers, Participants, and other Stakeholders

Additional Information:

This is a full-time, salaried exempt position. Employee will be eligible for full benefits, including health, retirement, and vacation benefits, on the first of the month following hire date.

Starting Salary Range: $60,000 – 63,000, contingent on qualifications and experience
