Food Store Manager

Join POPULAR PIZZA as a Food Store Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and operational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, and manage staff and assign duties.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements, and oversee payroll administration.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Fast food.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Database software and inventory control software.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, adaptability, analytical, collaborative, creativity, efficiency, energetic, goal-oriented, hardworking, integrity, outgoing, positive attitude, proactive, quick learner, time management, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, maturity, patience, and ability to multitask.
