Food Store Manager

Join POPULAR PIZZA as a Food Store Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and operational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure the store runs efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies, determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credits policies.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and oversee payroll administration.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and operational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on customer service.
- Transportation: Own vehicle required.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with staff and other stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
