We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Store Manager to join our team at POPULAR PIZZA. As a Food Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our food store, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and store efficiency.
- Evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Implement price and credits policies, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring quality and value for customers.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, promoting our products and services to customers.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring financial stability and growth.
- Determine staffing requirements, ensuring adequate staff levels to meet customer demand.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payment of staff.
- Conduct performance reviews, evaluating staff performance and providing feedback for improvement.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and store efficiency.
- 5-10 years of experience in food retail or restaurant management.
- Proven track record of success in managing daily operations, staff, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and improve store operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
