Food Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Store Manager to join our team at POPULAR PIZZA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and implementing inventory control systems.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, including promoting products and services to customers.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring sales and expenses.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or retail management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in database and inventory control software.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
