Food Store Manager

Join POPULAR PIZZA as a Food Store Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and operational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure the store runs efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Inventory Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and implement inventory control software to manage our inventory effectively.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, and determine merchandise and services to be sold.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and oversee payroll administration.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Database software and inventory control software.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Adaptability, analytical, collaborative, creativity, efficiency, energetic, goal-oriented, hardworking, integrity, outgoing, positive attitude, proactive, quick learner, time management, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, maturity, patience, and ability to multitask.
