**Job Overview**

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our team as the Executive Director. As the chief executive officer of the MCAS, you will be responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and financial leadership.

**Benefits:**

A competitive salary range is available between $100,000 and $120,000 per year, based on location and qualifications.

$108,500 - 113,400 estimated annual salary, based on average industry rates for this position in Saskatoon.

The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, enabling them to engage with members, industry stakeholders, policymakers, and the board of directors.
