Executive Assistant to the Saskatchewan Centre for Patient-Oriented Research

Job Summary:
The Saskatchewan Centre for Patient-Oriented Research is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide confidential executive and administrative support to the Executive Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Executive Director's calendar, preparing background material and briefing notes, and drafting and preparing letters, speaking notes, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day organization and strategic management of the Executive Director's calendar
- Ensure the Executive Director and team members are fully prepared for all commitments
- Draft and prepare letters, speaking notes, and presentations
- Identify issues and risks, provide credible and complete information, and develop and implement solutions
- Protect the integrity and reputation of the Saskatchewan Centre for Patient-Oriented Research
Requirements:
- Relevant university degree or college diploma
- Five to seven years' experience providing executive support to a senior leader in a large organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and relationship building skills
- Highly motivated and self-directed
- Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills
