This role involves providing reception services, clerical support, communications, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, notes, and other general office duties. The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team, utilizing excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and stakeholders.
Based in the USFA office on the University of Saskatchewan campus in Saskatoon, this position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of the USFA community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the USFA Executive and professional staff
- Receiving and directing phone calls, emails, and visitors
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
- Taking minutes and notes during meetings and events
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess a sound work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a high school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education in a related field being an asset.
A competitive salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
