**Job Summary**
This is a full-time permanent position for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Saskatchewan Centre for Patient-Oriented Research (SCPOR).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide day-to-day organization and strategic management of the calendar of the Executive Director, ensuring a balance between meeting and office/work time.
- Ensure the timely and judicious articulation of issues about which the Executive Director needs to be aware.
- Identify risks, provide credible information and develop solutions as required.
- Support ongoing communication with members, partners and other stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
- A relevant university degree or college diploma.
- Five to seven years' experience providing executive support to a senior leader in a large organization with progressively more responsible roles.
**Skills**
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work with decision-makers to achieve solutions to complex problems and sensitive situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and relationship building skills.
- Highly motivated and self-directed.
**Estimated Salary**: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
