We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Systems Developer and Project Manager to lead the critical upgrade and integration of our Microsoft Dynamics NAV system with LS Retail environments. This role requires a balance of technical expertise in C/AL for NAV 2009, AL for D365 Business Central, and strong project management skills.

This is a full-time position that will report directly to the Director of IT. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and testing phases, ensuring that all upgrades are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ERP Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP upgrade projects, primarily focusing on NAV 2009 and D365 BC integration.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with our IT team and external partners to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems across multiple locations.
  • Provide hands-on development support, focusing on report writing, HTML, and customizations within NAV and D365 BC.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Testing & Implementation: Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of new features and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements:

  • Technical Leadership: Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP projects, with a focus on planning, design, and testing.
  • Development Skills: Proficiency in report writing, HTML, and basic coding within NAV and D365 BC environments.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve technical challenges, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
