About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned ERP Systems Upgrade and Integration Lead to join our team at JRoss Retail Recruiters. In this critical role, you will lead the upgrade and integration of our client's ERP system, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics NAV and LS Retail.

This is a hybrid position that requires a balance of technical expertise in C/AL for NAV 2009, AL for D365 Business Central, and strong project management skills. You will oversee the planning, design, and testing phases to ensure seamless upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP upgrade projects, primarily focusing on NAV 2009 and D365 BC integration.
  • Collaborate with our IT team and external partners to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems across multiple locations, including LS Retail environments.
  • Provide hands-on development support, focusing on report writing, HTML, and customizations within NAV and D365 BC.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of new features and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on NAV 2009 and D365 BC, guiding the team on best practices and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP projects, with a focus on planning, design, and testing.
  • Strong knowledge of C/AL for NAV 2009 and AL for D365 Business Central.
  • Proficiency in report writing, HTML, and basic coding within NAV and D365 BC environments.
  • Familiarity with LS Retail integration and understanding of the unique challenges of working with different retail locations.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve technical challenges, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
