We are seeking an exceptional Elevated ERP Strategic Leader to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

The Senior Manager, ERP will lead the development and implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) strategies, working closely with business executives and IT leadership to define long-term technology roadmaps.

This role will manage a team consisting of internal and external resources, ensuring effective project management, solutions architecture, and application strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage projects involving ERP platforms using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Solutions Architecture: Define and drive solutions architecture principles, software development life cycles, and software development methodologies.
  • Application Strategy: Develop a strategic roadmap for ERP platforms, including consolidation of existing platforms.
  • People Management & Leadership: Lead and mentor a team to achieve operational and development goals.
  • Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with key contacts at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as an Application/Solution Architect and managing ERP teams.
  • 10+ years of experience in a multi-location, global environment.
  • PMP certification and MBA considered an asset.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or other business-related field preferred.

  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships at the Executive level.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus.
