Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Coffee Culture Café and Eatery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, coffee shop, and restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
Work Environment

Our café and eatery is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team of 5-10 people. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, including cooks, food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and kitchen and food service helpers.
