Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Boston Pizza Restaurant and Sports Bar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Lead a Team: Supervise and train a team of staff members to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting the high standards of our restaurant.
  • Monitor Finances: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Improve Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
