Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Boston Pizza Restaurant and Sports Bar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff and monitoring customer feedback.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality and safety, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff, including scheduling and performance management.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting and cost control.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
