Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Just Jerk Caribbean restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring optimal inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Supervise a team of 1 to 2 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful team performance.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a 30 to 44 hour workweek.
- Fluency in English or French.
