Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at High Grade IT Solutions Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the office.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Personal Suitability:
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
