Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Stone Paradise Limited.

Job Summary

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage and coordinate administrative activities, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Human Resources: Assist with recruitment, training, and development of staff.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, QuickBooks, and electronic mail.
Work Environment

The Office Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
