Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at MT. NEWTON SHELL. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in the day-to-day operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Staffing: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
