Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Springbrook General Store. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
