Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Kidz in the Rockies Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
