Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Springbrook General Store. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and management team.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Communication and CorrespondenceRespond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Data ManagementCompile and maintain accurate records, statistics, and other information as required.
Office AdministrationSet up and maintain filing systems, both manual and computerized, and perform data entry tasks.
Correspondence and DocumentsPrepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Computer and Technology SkillsProficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
Working ConditionsPermanent position with 35 hours per week. Work language: English.
