We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Client Service Specialist in our Halifax office.

Job SummaryThe Client Service Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the pre-billing process for a practice group or team, including posting monthly pre-bills based on WIP reports and ad-hoc requests related to billing. This role will also involve working directly with clients to distribute bills and serving as the main point of contact for any billing inquiries or concerns.
Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee pre-billing process for a practice group or team;
- Post monthly pre-bills based on WIP reports and ad-hoc requests related to billing;
- Work directly with clients to distribute bills;
- Serve as main point of contact for any billing inquiries or concerns;
- Monitor client accounts and A/R reports for any outstanding balances and follow up with clients as required;
- Liaise with accounting department as primary contact for billing-related matters;
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least 1 year of related administrative experience, preferably in a law firm or healthcare setting;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Previous experience with Aderant is an asset;
In terms of salary, the estimated annual compensation for this position is approximately $60,000 - $70,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
