We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Policy Officer to join our team at Edgelink Communications Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales to support HR initiatives.
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform HR decisions.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees and promote HR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized and efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
