Cameron Driver Education 2018 Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for hiring.
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and notify applicants of results of the selection process.
  • Prepare job offers and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Excel, and MS Word.
