Facilities Director

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations in Halifax, Canada.
This is a role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate daily activities of a cleaning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all facilities meet high cleanliness standards and comply with regulations.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential for this position.
The salary range for this role is estimated to be between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and daily activities
- Inspect areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and compliance with regulations
- Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing guidance
- Order cleaning supplies and manage inventory
- Resolve client concerns or complaints regarding cleaning services
- Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols
- Ability to multitask and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
