Opportunity to Develop Social Media Strategies for Leading Hospitality Group

The Armour Group Limited, a pioneering hospitality and commercial real estate developer in Atlantic Canada, is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Director for Hospitality and Commercial Real Estate.

About the Role

This key position involves developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies for multiple restaurant and hospitality brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to inform recommendations and adjustments to social media strategies.

The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. They will also own each unique brand, understanding audiences, tone, and unique goals.

In this role, you will work closely with the hospitality and food & beverage coordinator to ensure cohesive and effective content creation. You will also collaborate with restaurant managers and chefs to understand and promote current needs, promotions, and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for multiple restaurant and hospitality brands
  • Analyze and interpret data to make informed recommendations and adjustments to social media strategies
  • Oversee and coordinate social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals
  • Own each unique brand, understanding audiences, tone, and unique goals
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram, and their respective best practices
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics and data
  • Experience in organizing and managing photo and video shoots
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work additional hours for special events and occasions
